I specialize in helping high-achieving adults navigate trauma, ADHD, grief and emotional overwhelm.

Hello!

My Approach

My approach is warm, direct, and insight-oriented—designed to help you understand what’s really driving your thoughts, emotions, and reactions.

I believe real change comes from understanding the deeper patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—not just managing surface-level symptoms.

Together, we’ll connect the dots between your past and present so your experiences start to make sense—and feel less overwhelming.

I’m an active, engaged therapist. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer observations, and gently challenge patterns that aren’t serving you.

Clients often tell me they feel both deeply understood and supported, while also being encouraged to grow in ways that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

I use Cognicitive Behanior Therapy, Acceptance and Committment therapy, Attachement therapy, DBT skills all through a psychodynamic and existential lens.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you.

You can expect:

  • A space where you don’t have to perform or have it all together

  • Honest, thoughtful conversations that help you make sense of what you’re experiencing

  • Real concrete tools and skills to use in everyday life

  • Insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Practical tools you can actually use in your daily life

  • Support as you try new ways of responding, relating, and coping

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating meaningful change that actually lasts.
